Assessment Settings

This page acts as the control center for your assessment methodology. It allows you to configure how users rate themselves, how often they do it, and what data is captured during the process.

Configuration Options:

  • Rating Scheme: Define the scale used for scoring skills (e.g., 1-5, Beginner to Expert).

  • Interest Levels: Toggle the tracking of employee interest/desire to learn specific skills, independent of their current capability.

  • Reset Ratings: Tools to clear existing data, useful for system resets or new cycles.

  • Enabling & Disabling Assessment Types: Control which assessment modes are active (e.g., Self-Assessment, Supervisor Assessment).

  • Assessment Comments: Enable or disable the ability for users to add qualitative context to their ratings.

  • Assessment Intervals: Set the frequency for recurring assessment cycles (as detailed previously).

  • Assessment Calibration: Configure rules for how conflicting ratings (e.g., Self vs. Supervisor) are resolved.

  • Fixed Assessment Due Dates: Establish specific calendar deadlines for completion across the organization, rather than rolling intervals.
