Add People by Invitation

Adding People by Invitation is the easiest method for administrators and requires the least amount of work.

  1. Click the People menu item

  2. Click the "Invitations" tab at the top of the page

  3. Click the "Add people by invitation" button

  4. Enter the email addresses of the people you wish to invite

  5. Click "Send invitations"

Each of your nominated people will be sent an email asking them to register in the system. Once they complete the registration process, they will be asked to complete a skills assessment, so be sure you have all of your skills set up before inviting people using this method.
