The Instance Deletion feature allows you to permanently close your Skills Base instance and remove all associated data from the platform. This function is designed for organizations that wish to completely terminate their instance of the software.
Important Warning
This action is irreversible. Deleting will permanently wipe all data, including users, skills, roles, and history. Once this process is complete, your data cannot be recovered. Please proceed with extreme caution.
Where is this located?
To access this feature, navigate to: Settings > General Settings > Delete instance
