The Instance Name is the display name for your organization within the platform. Unlike the Shortcut Link, this can be changed at any time.

Visibility: This name appears in the header of all pages within the platform.

Email Notification: It is used in system-generated emails, such as the "Add people by invitation" email sent to new users.
How to Change It: Navigate to Administration > Settings > Instance Details > Instance Name.
