Capability Matrix

The Capability Matrix shows the number of people skilled at each skill level. This is useful for understanding, for any given skill or skill category, the concentrations of skill level (via count of people) across the rating scale. Similar information is provided in the "Analysis" tab of dashboards, however Capability Matrix offers it in tabular form.

If you are looking for skilled people in a given skill the People Finder tool would be a more appropriate tool.  If you need a quick visual report of skill strengths and weaknesses across a cohort of people, the Heat Matrix (Skill level) report would be a more appropriate tool.
